Infinite Campus is Jeffco Public Schools' student information system (SIS). This tool houses grades, attendance, schedules, rosters and more. Infinite Campus is intended as a tool to be reviewed by students and families on a regular basis. Families and students have their own unique login page, username and password for Infinite Campus.

How do I get access to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
Families who are new to the district will start by going to EnrollJeffco.org to follow the steps to create an account and apply to or select a school for enrollment. Once enrollment is accepted, families will receive an email with information about how to complete registration in the Infinite Campus system. Both EnrollJeffco and household registration must be completed before a student can start school.
If your student is already enrolled in a Jeffco school, visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to log in.
Forgot your username or password? Visit the Personal Account Manager to reset them.
I have students in different schools. Will their information be in one account?
Yes. When families log into their parent-guardian account, they should see all of their students listed. If not, contact the school's enrollment secretary.
How can I get my student's ID number?
Student ID numbers are shown when families log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once logged in, click on "Today" in the left navigation menu. One student and their ID number will appear under their name. To toggle between students, click on the down arrow next to the student's photo in the upper-right corner of the screen, just under the green header bar.
How do I pay student fees?
Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and click on "More" at the bottom of the list of options on the left side of the screen. A list of links will come up in the center of the page. Click on "Jeffco Student Fee Payment" to be taken to the student fee payment system. Pay student fees without logging in by providing a student ID and last name.
I'm going out of town and my students are staying with a friend. Can I change my account and add my friend's contact information? How will the school get this information?
Yes, families can log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal at any time during the year and change, add or remove contact information or emergency contacts. School staff are required to check IDs of anyone picking up a student. They will compare that ID to the contact information listed in Infinite Campus. Be sure to check the "allowed to pick up" box for anyone with permission to pick up your student.
I don't have a computer. How can I change or see my information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?
The portal can be accessed using a phone with internet access. Staff at your student’s school can also provide support.
How does the Infinite Campus Parent Portal work with SchoolMessenger, the emergency calling system?
Information entered into the portal will be automatically transferred to SchoolMessenger for general and emergency messages. It might take up to 24 hours before the information is fully implemented in SchoolMessenger and you start receiving messages.
To help protect students, families will automatically receive messages about attendance. Jeffco wants families to know when their students are not in school.
